What does a device return include?

A padded shipping box, a prepaid return label, tape, instructions, shipping both ways, email reminders, and access to the tracking dashboard. Shipping insurance is optional.

Where can you fetch a device?

Fetcha supports device returns within the United States. You choose where we send the box and the US address where the device should come back.

Does the employee need a printer?

No. The prepaid return label and instructions arrive with the box, along with the tape needed to pack it up.

Can I add insurance?

Yes. Optional shipping insurance can cover theft, loss, and damage up to $5,000. You can choose coverage when you create a return.
