Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There’s no monthly platform charge on Free. You pay for each device return you create, starting at $94.99 per laptop return within the United States.
What does the return price cover?
A padded shipping box, prepaid shipping both ways, the return label, tape, instructions, email reminders, and the tracking dashboard. Optional insurance is additional.
How do subscriptions work?
Essentials is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Device returns are charged separately when you create each order.
What payment methods can I use?
Fetcha accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH. Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Enterprise also offers payment by invoice.
What if I need to cancel?
Paid subscriptions can be changed to Free. Cancellation and refunds for device-return orders follow Fetcha’s current refund policy. Contact the team if you need help with an order.
