Do I need a subscription?
No. You can use the Free plan for as long as you need. You get the tracking dashboard and pay for each device return. Paid plans add collaboration and more ways to customize your returns.
What does a device return include?
A padded shipping box, a prepaid return label, tape, instructions, shipping both ways, email reminders, and access to the tracking dashboard. Shipping insurance is optional.
Where can you fetch a device?
Fetcha supports device returns within the United States. You choose where we send the box and the US address where the device should come back.
Does the employee need a printer?
No. The prepaid return label and instructions arrive with the box, along with the tape needed to pack it up.
Can I add insurance?
Yes. Optional shipping insurance can cover theft, loss, and damage up to $5,000. You can choose coverage when you create a return.
